First Employees Celebrate 25 Years at Dickert

Schönstadt. A company celebration enabled Dickert's first two employees to be honoured for their 25 years of continuous service. As the first employee in the company, Anita Schlosser began her activities in a private house in Bürgeln, switching to the current location in Schönstadt at the time of the new construction in 1992. From the beginning of her activity until today, she has been responsible for the materials warehouse. Nowadays, this is where around five thousand different electronic components are managed, ordered, placed in storage, and undergo order-specific picking. She is assisted by Daniel Elsen, who began his activity at Dickert ten years ago by training as a skilled industrial packer and, following further qualification, is currently employed as an operational specialist for purchasing and logistics. Wolfgang Mengel is the second employee in the company to look back on a 25-year service record. After completing training as a lathe operator, communication equipment mechanic and information electronics technician, his current main activities are test equipment construction and supervision, training manager and safety officer. Nicole Vogel was the fourth employee to be honoured, for her ten-year contribution to final inspection and quality control. Management thanked all jubilarians for their commitment and presented them with flowers and certificates.
