How can I report a violation?

In order to enable you as a whistleblower to anonymously report indications of unethical behavior, it is important to us to make this as uncomplicated as possible for you. For this reason, in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive and national regulations, we have set up Hintcatcher, an anonymous reporting channel to protect and encourage whistleblowers. Hintcatcher ensures that all reports are transmitted securely and that whistleblowers cannot be traced - unless you explicitly request this. Who is entitled to submit reports?

In addition to our employees, business partners, customers and/or other third parties can also submit information about specific breaches of regulations. We follow up on every report of possible compliance violations.

If possible, our employees should approach their line manager directly. However, the management or persons of trust are also available for discussions. We do not tolerate any personal disadvantages for whistleblowers. Violations of this prohibition of reprisals will be considered compliance violations and punished under labor law.

How do I get feedback and still remain anonymous?

When setting up your protected mailbox, you choose your own pseudonym/user name and password. These access data are only visible to you. If you lose your access data, please submit a new message and set up a new mailbox. If possible, please quote the reference number of your old message. As this is a new mailbox, the contents of your old message will not be available here.

Your message will be kept anonymous using state-of-the-art encryption and other special security routines. If you wish to submit your report anonymously, please do not enter any data that could be used to identify you. One of our employees will use the secure mailbox to let you know what happens to your report and may also ask you questions.
